摘要 以胺化后的环氧树脂601为基料树脂,聚醚全封闭的甲苯二异氰酸酯为固化剂,制得了一种环氧树脂阴极电泳涂料乳液,并配以颜料基,制得白色电泳漆。对环氧树脂阴极电泳涂料性能进行了研究,探讨了电泳时间,漆液p H等因素对涂膜质量的影响,所得漆膜综合性能良好。 Using aminated 601 epoxy resin as basic resin, and polyether closed toluene diisocyanate as cu- ring agent, an epoxy resin cathodic electrophoretic paint emulsion was prepared, and then a white electro- phoretic paint was synthesized by matching with basic-pigment. Also, performance of the Cathodic electro- phoretic paint was studied, influences of electrophoresis time and pH on properties of the paint coating film were discussed systemically. Overall performance of the paint coating film was good.
