微波交联壳聚糖树脂合成工艺条件对Pb^(2+)吸附量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以壳聚糖为原料,合成了微波交联壳聚糖树脂。研究了乳化剂用量、聚乙二醇相对分子质量、交联反应时间等合成工艺条件对树脂及对Pb2+吸附量的影响。结果表明,当以聚乙二醇2000为致孔剂,0.12 g乳化剂,2 m L甲醛,5 m L环氧氯丙烷,交联反应t在20 min时,树脂对Pb2+具有较高的吸附量。 Microwave cross-linked chitosan resin was synthesized with chitosan as raw material. Effects of synthesis conditions, such as emulsifier dosage, molecular weight of polyethylene glycol(PEG) , cross-link- ing reaction time, on Pb2+ adsorption capacity were studied. Results showed that when PEG2000 was used as porogen, emulsifier quality was 0. 12 g, formaldehyde quality was 2 ml, epichlorohydrin quality was 5ml, cross-linking reaction time was 20 min, the resin had better Pb2+ adsorption capacity.
