手足口病患儿救治与护理干预临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment and nursing intervention of children with hand-footand-mouth disease

目的针对手足口病患儿的临床表现,探讨有效的救治与护理措施。方法回顾性分析本院2013年3月—2013年9月收治的130例手足口病患儿的临床护理资料。结果实验组中,70例患儿在住院期间除2例患者因病重需转ICU外,其余68例患者全部痊愈出院;对照组中,8例患儿因严重并发症转ICU治疗,其余52例患者全部痊愈出院。结论采取积极有效的救治与护理干预是治疗该病的关键,能有效降低患儿病死率、致残率,提高治愈率。

Objective To explore the effective therapy and nursing process in pediatric patients with hand-footand-mouth disease. Methods Totally 130 pediatric patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were divided into a trial group that received the comprehensive nursing interventions and a control group that received the routine nursing,and all the data were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 70 cases of the trial group,68 patients were cured and 2 were transferred to ICU. Among 60 cases of the control group,52 patients were cured and 8 were transferred to ICU.Conclusions The active and effective therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions can remarkably reduce the mortality and disability rate,and increase the cure rate.
