主要介绍某脱盐水站混床产水水质恶化的原因分析、处理过程和防范措施。为尽快恢复正常供水,从最容易处理的方面着手,根据混床不同情况采取不同方法,以最快的时间恢复系统的正常运行。强调水质日常监督和混床失效终点管理对减轻树脂污染的重要性。
Cause analysis and treatment process of water quality deterioration at the mixed bed outlet of a demineralized water system and preventive measures are introduced. Normal water supply was restored as soon as possible by taking the easiest treatment ap-proach and adopting different methods according to different situations of the mixed bed. The importance of daily monitoring of water quality and failure point management of the mixed bed for reducing pollution to resin is emphasized.
