梳棉工序棉条机械波和不匀曲线图具有周期性,直接影响纺纱质量,根据梳棉工序传动图计算常见的机械波,并通过专家分析软件分析,可在2分钟找出设备隐患,给出了操作过程中梳棉粗细条控制和落实的措施,为纺纱厂减少纱疵,提高前道工序纱条内在质量奠定基础。
The machanical waves of slivers and its non - uniform curves in carding directly affect the yarn quality. Based on the waves and by use of the analysis soft ware, trouble shouting can be done within 2mins. The paper gives how to well control the silver eveness to reduce the defects and improve sliver quality.
