摘要
体育运动发展过程中始终与政治存在密切的互动关系。随着全球化的深入,体育外交成为当代国际关系中极具活力和魅力的内容。体育外交具有灵活性、亲和性、直接性、公开性、风险性低及依附性强等特点。体育外交作为公共外交的有效途径,对外可以塑造良好的国家形象,对内能增强民族凝聚力和向心力。如果说文化是实现中国梦的支撑,那么体育就是实现中国梦的翅膀。
Sports and politics have closed and mutual relation in the development ofsports. With the progress of the globalization, sports diplomacy becomes vital content in the contemporary international relations. Sports diplomacy has many characters such as flexibility, affinity, directness, publicity, lower risk and strong attachment. As the effective way of the public diplomacy, sports diplomacy can build a good national image and enhance national cohesion and solidarity. If the culture is the support of the Chinese Dream, then the sports is the wing of it.
