哈尔滨地区城市物流商贸区发展模式研究——以哈尔滨市“三马地区”为例

Investigation of urban logistics business district development pattern:an example of Harbin‘Sanma District'

以哈尔滨市"三马地区"为例,对该地区物流商贸区发展条件和制约因素进行分析,提出了两种"三马地区"物流运作模式:基于产业集群的区域商贸物流模式和基于地区内部的商贸物流模式。详细叙述了基于地区内部的商贸物流模式中的交通主导型发展模式、产业主导型发展模式、环境主导型发展模式,旨在为城市物流商贸区的空间布局规划提供借鉴和参考。

Logistics business is one of key factors affecting the economic development.It is of strategic significance to investigate the development mode of logistics business district in the perspective of local economic status.This paper illustrates an example of Harbin‘Sanma District'.Through the analysis of the development advantages and restricting factors,this paper puts forward three kinds of spatial layout structure which are dominated by the traffic,industry and environment.Therefore,three different oriented logistics business district development patterns are obtained in order to provide the reference for the space layout of the logistics business district.
