摘要
为解决废旧轮胎橡胶粉与水泥等材料的融合能力差和掺入水泥胶砂中会导致试件强度降低等问题,选用司班40(山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯)对废旧轮胎橡胶粉进行表面改性。通过水泥胶砂力学性能试验和微观角度分析,研究了不同粒径和掺量的改性、未改性橡胶粉对不同龄期水泥胶砂的抗折强度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:水泥胶砂试件强度随橡胶粉掺量的增加而减小,且抗压强度的减小幅度大于抗折强度;改性橡胶粉的亲水性明显增强,表面更圆润、连续,与水泥胶砂的融合能力有所提高;改性橡胶粉水泥胶砂试件的抗压强度和抗折强度有所提高。
The waste tire rubber powder is a kind of hydrophobic material with low fusion ability,leading to the decreased strength of the test-piece when it is mixed with cement mortar.Therefore the additive Sipan 40 is used to moderate the characteristics of wasted tire rubber powder.The mechanical tests were conducted on cement mortar which adopted the modified waste tire rubber powder to replace the standard sand.The impact of rubber powder with different particle size,mixing amount and age on the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar were studied,and the underlying mechanisms were investigated from the micro perspective.Results indicated that,the hydrophily of modified rubber powder can be improved through altering the surface activity of modified rubber powder,resulting in the improvement of cement mortar related flexural strength and compressive strength.
