中药润骨通治疗股骨头缺血性坏死临床研究

Clinical research on the effect of Rungutong for treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head

股骨头坏死病理机制均为股骨头血液循环障碍,致使局部缺血,为探讨中药组方润骨通治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效,充分发挥中药活血化瘀功效,使瘀塞通畅,改善股骨头血运,更好地发挥中医药优势治疗股骨头缺血性坏死,我们以润骨通为主治疗股骨头缺血性坏死患者60例,3个月为1疗程,系统观察了治疗前后功能、症状、X线表现。结果显示,治疗后总有效率为95%。

Pathological mechanism of femur head necrosis is ischemia caused by blood circulation disorder of the femoral head. To observe the effect of Rungutong for treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and sufficiently educe the efficacy of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the blood circulation of femoral head,and preferably bring into full play the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease. We observed 60 patients with this disease treated with Rungutong with 3 months as a treatment course. The function,symptoms and X-ray manifestations were observed before and after treatment. The results showed that total effective rate was 95%.
