摘要 目的:考察蛇鳞草-大黄固体脂质纳米粒(SH-SLN)的体外释药规律。方法:采用动态透析释药法考察SH-SLN的体外释药特性,并采用高效液相色谱法测定不同时间点有效成分的含量,计算累积释药量,进行释药曲线拟合,分析释药规律。结果:SH-SLN中triphyllinA在最初释药1h内累积释药率达14.7%,大黄素为9.6%,有突释现象,释药曲线均符合Weibull方程。结论:与SH-YY比较,SHSLN能够明显延缓药物释放时间,有一定的缓释作用。 Objective:To investigate the drug release pattern of Prpnephrium triphyllum and Rheum solid lipid nanoparticles (SH- SLN) in vitro. Methods:The dynamic dialysis method was employed to study the characteritics of SH SLN in vitro release;The con- tent of active ingredients from different time points were determined by HPLC, and then cumulative amount of drug release to was calculated to fit the release curve models and identify drug releasing pattern. Results : Cumulative release rate of triphyllin A in SH SLH was 14.7% within the first one hour, while emodin was 9.6%, showing the phenomenon of sudden release, and the release curves all fitted with Weibull equation. Conclusion: SH SLN showed a sustained release effect compared with SH YY, and could de lay drug release obviously.
