摘要
目的:探讨少腹逐瘀汤各组方药材组成复方后挥发油的组成成分变化。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取少腹逐瘀汤及其富含挥发油的组方药材当归、川芎、肉桂、干姜、小茴香的挥发油,并通过GC-MS联用技术对其进行分析鉴定和比较研究。结果:复方提取基本保留了单味药材中的挥发性成分,但是在成分数量和含量上存在差异,并非单味药材挥发油成分的简单相加。结论:利用GC-MS比较分析方法研究少腹逐瘀汤各组方药材组成复方后挥发性成分的变化,为揭示其效应物质基础和配伍机理奠定基础。
Objective: To investigate the changes of volatile oil components in Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction(少腹逐瘀汤 ,SFZYD). Methods: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation from SFZYD and dried ginger, cinnamon, fennel and myrrh. The volatile constituents were determined with the method of GC-MS. Results: The main constituents of volatile oil from SFZYD are not the simple addition of those in single drugs. The results provide scientific proof for further development of SFZYD.
