摘要
云南某中低品位胶磷矿属于混合型磷矿石,针对该矿石性质,在磨矿细度-0.074mm占88.36%的条件下,采用双反浮选工艺进行试验,最终获得了P2O5品位28.66%,回收率79.65%,含MgO 0.81%,SiO219.56%的磷精矿,实现了磷矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离。
A mid-low grade collophanite in Haikou Yunnan belongs to the mixed phosphorus ore. According to the ore properties, phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 28. 66 %, recovery rate 79. 65% and MgO grade of 0. B1% ,SiO2 grade of 19.56% can be obtained with double reverse flotation process under the conditions of the grinding fineness of -0. 074mm 88.36% ,making the effeetire separation of phosphorus minerals from gangue minerals.
