摘要
采用正反浮选工艺和反浮选一次粗选工艺,对原矿P2O5品位为25.80%,R2O3质量分数为4.37%的某硅质胶磷矿进行浮选对比试验,常温下正反浮选工艺获得了精矿P2O5品位为29.74%,回收率为88.53%,尾矿P2O5品位为12.88%的较好指标;反浮选一次粗选工艺获得了精矿P2O5品位为27.43%,回收率为71.32%的浮选指标。
Comparison tests on a siliceous phosphate rock with the crude ore being 25.80% in P2O5 grade and the content of R2O3 4.37% were made by one roughing process in direct-reverse flota- tion. The desirable indices were obtained of the concentrates with P2O5 29.74%, the recovery rate 88. 53% and P2O5 in tailings 12. 88%. The concentrates were produced by one roughing process in the direct-reverse flotation with its indices being P2O5 27.43% and the recovery rate 71.32%.
