摘要
目的分析上海市某社区公共卫生服务现状,为健全区域功能和完善相关政策提供依据。方法从服务架构、实践探索、取得成效和存在问题等方面对该社区卫生服务中心公共卫生服务状况进行阐述,并采用上海市社区卫生服务中心工作量数据分析2010—2013年相关数据。结果 4年以来该社区的公共卫生服务主要包括健康档案、慢性病监测、传染病防治、健康教育及评估和人群保健及综合干预等内容,期间组建医务人员的多学科服务团队,强化了重点项目人力资源倾斜配布,建立并完善"多元化"衔接支撑和"精细化"分类服务工作机制。结论社区公共卫生服务功能状况呈现良好的发展态势,今后应继续争取政府支持和政策倾斜,完善公共卫生服务功能设置,加大公共卫生多学科人才培养力度,不断提高公共卫生服务水平。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for complementing area function and relevant policy by analyzing the present service situation of one community health service center in Shanghai. METHODS By investigating the public health service status of this community health service center in the aspects of the service architecture, practice, achievements, and existing problems, etc.. Workload datafrom the Shanghai City Community Health Service Center has been used to analyze the relative data of 2010-2013. RESULT In thepast four years, the community＇s public health service includes health records, chronic disease monitoring, infectious diseases prevention and treatment, health education and evaluation, community health care and comprehensive intervention, etc.. Multidisciplinarymedical staff service team was setup and human resource was strengthened to key projects. Furthermore, a mechanism of diversification cohesion support and fine classified service has been setup. CONCLUSION The result showed a good tendency of the communitypublic health service development. It should continue striving for additional the government support and preferential policies. It needalso to improve the public health service function, to put more efforts on the training of multidisciplinary public health care experts,and to enhance the level of public health services.
