广州市越秀区居民就医意向及选择中医服务影响因素分析

Investigation of Residents' Intention of Medical Care Choice and the Factors of Chinese Medical Care Choice,Yuexiu District,Guangzhou

目的了解广州市越秀区居民就医选择意向及选择中医服务的影响因素。方法采用问卷调查方式,抽取广州市越秀区15-69岁常住居民2 008人,运用SPSS 20.0进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果越秀区居民中选择中西医结合、中医、西医和无所谓的比例分别为38.7%、29.6%、22.0%和9.7%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,家庭月收入较低（OR=1.709、2.227）、个人养生兴趣较大（OR=1.530、2.457）、接受过中医服务（OR=1.565）和中医基础知识水平较高（OR=1.469）者,就医时选择中医服务的比例较高。结论中医服务已在居民中有相当的接受度,应该在居民中普及正确的中医知识和日常保健常识,提高居民对中医的兴趣。同时,医疗机构应提供多元化的服务,提高中医药服务的利用率。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the residents＇ intention of medical care choice and the relevant factors of Chinese medicinecare choice in Yuexiu district of Guangzhou. METHODS 2 008 permanent residents aged 15-69 in Yuexiu District of GuangzhouCity were selected for questionnaire survey; SPSS20.0 was used for single factor analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis. RESULTS The proportions of participants that choose mixed Chinese and western medical care, Chinese medical care and western medical care was 38.7%, 29.6% and 22.0% respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that participants with low family income（OR=1.709,2.227）,interest in Chinese medical care（OR=1.530,2.457）,former attendance of Chinese medical care（OR=1.565）, and fairly high level of Chinese medical care knowledge（OR=1.469）,had a high proportion that choose Chinese medicalcare. CONCLUSION Now residents had a high recognition and acceptance to Chinese medical care. The inhabitants of the correctknowledge of Chinese medical care and daily health care knowledge should be enhanced among residents, besides, the relevant medical care diversified sevices should be provided as for the residents＇ demand, thus to improve the utilization rate of Chinese medical care.
