摘要
目的调查普通高校残障学生身心健康状况,了解体育保健课程对残障大学生身心健康的影响,为高校体育课程的设置提供科学依据。方法对定西师范高等专科学校34名残障大学生进行一学年的体育保健课程干预,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、体质测试专用仪器,对干预前后残障大学生开展心理健康调查和体质指标测试,并对结果进行比较分析。结果残障学生SCL-90因子均高于正常大学生的常模,说明心理问题较为严重,且体质健康低于正常大学生。结论经过一学年的体育保健课程干预,残障大学生的心理健康和体质健康有了显著性的提高,且体质健康能够促进学生的心理健康。
OBJECTIVE A comprehensive understanding of physical and mental health of disabled college students,to understand thesports health curriculum to affect the physical and mental health of the disabled students, and provide scientific basis for collegephysical education curriculum. METHODS Using the symptom checklist 90,physique test special instrument of the Dingxi TeachersCollege 34 disabled college students mental health survey and physical fitness testing,and physical health courses a year of the inter-vention. RESULTS Normal mode disabled students SCL-90 factors were higher than normal students, that the more serious psychologi-cal problem,and lower than that of normal college students physique health. CONCLUSION After a year of sports health curriculumintervention,it was significant to improve the mental health and physical health of disabled college students physical health, and canpromote the students' psychological health.
