摘要
目的:研究乌司他丁治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者血清Toll样受体(TLRs)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)以及脂质过氧化的影响。方法:将本院收治的80例COPD急性加重期患者纳入研究,随机分为两组,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组进行常规治疗联合乌司他丁治疗,比较两组外周血TLRs的mRNA含量、血清MMPs含量以及脂质过氧化指标。结果:(1)TLRs的mRNA含量:观察组外周血中TLR2、TLR4的mRNA含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)MMPs含量:观察组的血清MMP9含量以及MMP9/TIMP1比例低于对照组,TIMP1含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)脂质过氧化指标:观察组的血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量低于对照组,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、铜-锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn SOD)含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁治疗有助于降低TLRs含量和控制炎症反应、调节MMP9/TIMP1平衡、抑制脂质过氧化,是COPD急性加重期患者理想的辅助治疗方法。
Objective: To study the effect of ulinastatin treatment on serum TLRs, MMPs and lipid peroxidation of a- cute exacerbated COPD patients. Methods: A total pf 80 cases of acute exacerbated COPD in our hospital from 2013 May to 2014 June were enrolled and divided into two groups. Control group received routine treatment, observation group received routine treatment combined with ulinastatin treatment. Then peripheral blood TLRs mRNA content, serum MMPs and lipid peroxidation index were compared. Results: TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA content, MMP9 content and MMPg/TIMP1 ratio of ob- servation group were lower than those of control group; TIMP1 content was higher than that of control group. MDA content of observation group were lower than those of control group; GSH-Px, Cu-Zn SOD contents of were higher than those of control group. Conclusion: Ulinastatin treatment is helpful to reduce TLRs content and control inflammatory reaction, regulate balance of MMP9/TIMP1, inhibit lipid peroxidation. It's an ideal auxiliary treatment method in patients with acute exacerbation COPD.
