喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍患者临床疗效分析及对IL-1、IL-10、TNF-α炎症因子水平的影响

Efficacy of Quetiapine treatment on bipolar depression and its impacts on IL-1,IL-10,TNF-α levels of inflammatory cytokines

目的:探讨喹硫平治疗双相抑郁患者临床疗效分析及对白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)炎症因子水平的影响。方法:将106例双相抑郁患者纳入研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组采用碳酸锂治疗,观察组采用喹硫平治疗。结果:观察组治疗后IL-1、TNF-α较治疗前均明显降低,IL-10较治疗前均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗血清白蛋白、总胆红素较治疗前均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HAMD评分低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喹硫平治疗双相抑郁患者效果明显,可明显降低IL-1、TNF-α水平,提高IL-10水平,具有重要临床意义。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of quetiapine treatment on bipolar depression and its impact on IL-1, IL-10, TNF-α level of inflammatory eytokines. Methods.. A total of 106 patients with bipolar depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 53 patients in each group. The control group was given lithium treat- ment, while observation group was given quetiapine treatment. Results： After treatment, IL-1, TNF-αlevels of the observa- tion group were significantly lower than that before treatment, hut IL-10 level was increased significantly （P〈0.05）. After treatment, serum albumin, total bilirubin of the observation group increased significantly （P〈0.05） ; HAMD scores were sig- nificantly lower than that before treatment, and HAMD scores were also lower than that of observation group after the treat ment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Quetiapine treatment is effective on patients with bipolar depression, it can significantly decrease IL-1, TNF-α levels.
