From Single Level to Multi-levels—Thoughts on Establishing Annuity Pension in the University

高校属于从事公益服务类的事业单位,鼓励高校教职工在参加社会养老保险的基础上,加入高校职业年金计划,保障事业单位养老保险改革后,高校教职工的养老金水平不下降,可以减少改革阻力,也符合养老金刚性的特点。养老保险作为平滑劳动者一生收入的递延工资,是劳动者福利体系的重要组成部分。因此,探索与研究建立高校的职业年金制度,完善我国多层次的养老保险制度体系,具有很强的现实意义。

The university belongs to the public institution dedicated to social service. Encouraging university teaching staff to join in the annuity pension project apart from the social pension insurance can maintain their pension after the pension system reform for the public institution, reduce the reform obstruction and adapt to the rigidity feature of pension. Pension insurance, as a way to defer labors＇ lifelong income, is an important component of labor welfare system. Therefore, it is of great realistic significance to explore and establish university annuity pension system, and improve our country＇s multi-level pension insurance system.
