摘要
以热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)和有机硅橡胶(SIR)为基体,加入不同相容剂通过Hakke密炼机采用动态硫化的方法制备了热塑性弹性体(TPV),研究了不同相容剂对弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,KH550在TPV中相容性较好,并且当KH550乙醇溶液的质量分数为20%分散较好,力学性能优异;当基体树脂预热后加入KH550的加料顺序最优;当KH550含量为0.4 phr时拉伸强度较好且黏度最大;随着KH550含量的增加,弹性体熔体质量流动速率和压缩永久变形都逐渐降低。
With thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) and silicone rubber (SIR) as matrix, the dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) was prepared by HAKKE mixer with different compatilizer agents. The effects of various compatilizer agents on the performance of TPV were studied. The results showed that when the dispersion concentration of KH550 was 20%, the mechanical properties were excellent; Adding KH550 after preheating the matrix resin was optimization; when the KH550 was 0. 4 phr, the tensile strength was good and the viscosity was the highest; when KH550 usage incresed, the melt mass flow rate and compression deformation were reduced.
