摘要
采用熔融中和的方法,制备了乙烯-丙烯酸(EAA)锌离聚体。通过红外光谱对其进行了结构表征,利用理论公式计算了离聚体的中和度,并探讨了熔融温度及反应时间对中和度的影响。结果表明,在适当的范围内,升高熔融温度和延长反应时间有利于中和反应的进行,提高了EAA锌离聚体的中和度。
Through the method of melting and neutralization, the ethylene-acrylic acid (EAA) zinc ionomer was prepared. The structure was characterized through the infrared spectroscopy, and the neutralization degree of the ionomer was calculated from the theoretical formula. And this paper discussed the influence of melting temperature and reaction time on the neutralization degree. The result showed that in the appropriate range, higher melting temperature and longer reaction time were advantageous to the neutralization reaction, improving the neutralization degree of EAA zinc ionomer.
