摘要
分析多级圆柱齿轮传动系统的设计过程,提出分步优化设计方法,建立了相应的分步优化数学模型,基于MATLAB编制了设计程序,获得了多级齿轮传动系统主要设计参数的最优值和各个传动零件的空间最佳布局方案,并实现了方案的可视化。实例分析表明所提方法是有效的和可靠的,对提高设计效率和设计质量帮助明显,是解决该类工程问题的便捷工具。
The multi-stage optimal design method has been provided by analyzing the design process of multi-stage cylindrical gear drive. Based on above ideas, the corresponding optimal mathematical model and design programs have been also established. The optimal solutions of main design parameters about the multi-stage gear system and the optimal layout schemes of all gears have been obtained. The schemes' visualizing has been also realized. The methods are reliable and effective by some examples analysis. It can improve the design efficiency and quality, and is a convenient tool for solving this type of engineering problem.
