摘要
吊具工装的安全至关重要,尤其对于几何尺寸大、载重较高的专用吊具工装,生产周期长,批量小,试制成本较高。以ABAQUS软件为平台,以铁路货车零件产品的专用吊具工装为例,根据其几何和结构特点,采用了B31梁单元类型,简化了力学模型和边界载荷条件,避免了复杂了接触分析,并以初始强度分析结果为依据,对结构的薄弱环节进行优化改进,分析结果表明,优化后的骨架结构最大应力由161.9 MPa减少至63.21 MPa,最大位移由66 mm减少至26.64 mm。
The security of sling tooling is essential, especially for large heavy-duty sling tooling, long production cycle, small quantities, the cost is high in the trial-manufacturing moment. This article is based on abaqus platform. Take the railway truck parts products sling tooling as example. According to the geometric and structural characteristics, using a B31 beam element types. Simplified the mechanical model and the boundary loading conditions, avoiding the complex contact analysis, and based on the analysis results of the initial strength to optimize the structure. The results show that the skeleton structure is optimized by take the maximum stress decreased from 161.9MPa to 63.21MPa, and the maximum displacement was reduced from 66mm to 26.64mm.
