摘要
CT机转盘轴承是高端医疗设备的关键部件。为测试其在工作状态下的各项性能指标,确保其稳定、可靠、安全的工作,从系统开发要求、数据采集与控制等方面介绍了CT机转盘轴承试验机测试系统的开发。完成了传感器选型、信号采集卡选型、信号调理电路和人机界面设计,实现了参数设定模块、数据采集模块、数据处理和显示模块的功能。通过报警系统、显示和其它直观化的辅助系统,可实时监测CT机轴承试验机的各项信号,实现对其实时监测。
CT slewing bearing is the key component in the high-end medical equipment. To test the various performance indicators in its working condition, to ensure its stable, reliable, safe work, this paper introduces the development of testing system of CT slewing bearing test machine from the aspects of system development requirements, data acquisition and controletc..Completed the sensors election, signal acquisition card selection, signal conditioning circuits and human-machine interface design, to achieve the functional parameter setting module, data acquisition module, data processing and display module. Through the alarm system, display and the other visualize auxiliary systems, the signal of CT bearing test machine can be real-time monitoring, to achieve real-time monitoring.
