理工类院校自身具有的特殊性影响了其艺术教育的发展,而大学生艺术团作为校园艺术环境建设的一支主力军,其发展势必要得到重视。我国理工类高校艺术团建设虽取得一定成效,但仍处于发展过程中的初级阶段,缺乏对艺术团建设与管理方面的理论研究,文章较为系统地阐述了现阶段理工类大学生艺术团存在的问题,并提出了大学生艺术团建设与管理的新思路与新对策。
