清肺定喘方加减辨治小儿支气管哮喘急性期的临床研究

Effect of Qingfeidingchuan Decoction in Acute Bronchial Asthma

目的观察清肺定喘方加减辨证治疗急性期小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取门诊急性期小儿支气管哮喘患儿148例,随机分为两组。对照组给予西医常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予清肺定喘方加减辨证治疗。对两组患儿治疗前后症状体征进行评分,并对两组患者治疗效果进行评价。结果两组患者治疗后喘息、咳嗽、咯痰、喘鸣音以及总分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者降低更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肺定喘方加减辨证治疗急性期小儿支气管哮喘实现了对患儿的个体化治疗,在改善患者临床症状和体征方面具有显著作用,有利于提高患儿的治疗效果,而且给药方便,适合儿童用药。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingfeidingchuan Decoction treatment of acute bronchial asthma in children. Methods： Children with acute bronchial asthma in children 148 cases were randomly divided into two groups comparable. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The observation group was given the Qingfeidingchuan Decoction on the basis of the control group. Some indices were compared in two groups of children before and after treatment to evaluate the effect of two groups of patients.Results： After treatment,wheezing,cough,sputum,wheezing,and scores of patients in the 2 group were reduced obviously（P〈0.05）. The observation group were reduced more significantly.The cure rate and the total effective rated of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the contorl group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Qingfeidingchuan Decoction syndrome treatment of acute bronchial asthma in children realization of children＇s individual has a significant role in improving the clinical signs and symptoms. It also improve the treatment of children. Meanwhile,it is convenient and suitable for children medication.
