摘要
目的观察中医护理对脑卒中患者肢体康复的促进作用。方法 104例有肢体功能障碍的脑卒中患者,随机分成基础护理组与中医护理组,各52例。中医护理组在基础护理组的基础上给予中医辨证施护。观察两组临床疗效。结果中医护理组患者的治疗总有效率为66.45%,显著高于基础护理组患者之55.10%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FMA、Barthel指数评分明显改善,且中医护理组改善更明显(均P<0.05)。结论中医护理无论在脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能康复过程中,还是在患者身体机能恢复过程中,均发挥着重要的促进作用;通过对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行中医护理,有效地改善其生活质量。
Objective： To observe the effect of TCM nursing on rehabilitation in hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods： 104 stroke cases with limb dysfunction were randomly divided into the basic nursing group and the TCM nursing group with 52 patients in each group. Besides that the basic nursing methods were used in 2groups,the TCM nursing group was added the TCM differentiation nursing. Results： The total effective rate of the TCM nursing group with 66.45% was higher obviously than that of the basic nursing groups with 55.10%（P 0.05）. Conclusion： It is important of the TCM nursing in the recoveries including the limb and physical function which can improve the patients′ life qualities
