摘要
以海南炼油化工有限公司600 kt/a对二甲苯大型国产化芳烃联合装置中的RIC-200型C8芳烃异构化催化剂的工业应用数据为基础,对乙苯转化型二甲苯异构化过程中的副反应进行了分析,并提出了工业装置上控制二甲苯异构化副反应的操作方法。分析结果表明,在二甲苯异构化催化剂上,副反应的发生与催化剂的酸性功能和操作条件密切相关。大部分副反应主要是由乙苯的转化过程引起的,优化反应温度与压力的匹配、控制适宜的乙苯转化程度是减少副反应的关键。
Side reactions in the industrial xylene isomerization process were investigated based on the C8 aromatics isomerization over the RIC-200 catalyst in Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Limited Corporation. The methods controlling the side reactions were proposed. It was indicated that the side reactions were closely related to the catalyst acidity and operating conditions,and most of the side reactions occurred in the ethylbenzene conversion. The key measures for decreasing the side reactions were matching the reaction temperature with the reaction pressure,and controlling suitable ethylbenzene conversion.
