四辊轧机支承辊在役过程应力行为研究

摘要 根据轧辊粗轧服役条件,本文采用非线性弹塑性有限元法建立了四辊轧机数值分析模型,再现了支承辊在服役过程中应力分布规律,研究了卸载曲线对辊身应力的影响,为支承辊设计合理的应力卸载曲线,实现支承辊寿命提升提供理论依据。 According to the service condition of rough rolling,the numerical model of four high rolling mill is established by nonlinear elastic-plastic finite element method in this paper,and the stress distribution rule of the backup roll in service process is shown in the model. The influence of unloading curve on the stress of roll body is studied. It can provide a theoretical basis to design a reasonable stress unloading curve for backup roll and promote its rolling life.
