阐述了新建和养护公路底基层、基层碎石加工全过程的生产工艺,包括矿山总平面布置、场地布设、开采工艺、母材选择、破碎工艺、筛网要求等方面的内容,并在此基础上,总结了底基层、基层集料质量控制方法,同时提出了场地排水、矿山环境保护要求,以供参考。

The paper illustrates whole gravel process technology for base and subbase of new construction and maintenance highway,including mine general layout,site layout,mining process,the parent material selection,breaking process,screen. On this basis,summarizes the quality control method of base and subbase aggregate. Finally put forward requirements for the site drainage and environmental protection,for reference.
