“Every village” highway engineering quality control

结合目前"村村通"公路工程的建设现状,研究了公路工程的质量控制措施,提出了建立健全质量监督体系、加强公路试验检测、加大公路施工阶段技术指导等措施,以推动新农村的发展。

Combining with the construction status of“every village”highways projects,the paper researches the quality control of road construc-tion,and points out some measures including the establishment of sound quality inspection system,promotion of road construction inspection and technical instruction in construction stage,so as to enhance the development in rural areas.
