对市政工程建设中预算、决策、招标、施工四个阶段的工程造价控制问题进行了研究,并对市政工程造价的审核策略进行了分析,以期从事前、事中和事后进行全方位管理,从而做好造价工程的控制和审核工作。

The paper studies municipal engineering cost control problems at four stages of budget,decision,bidding and construction,and analy-zes municipal engineering cost audit policy,with a view to realize before,during and after the construction control,and to better control and audit cost engineering.
