摘要
通过对餐饮厨房设施与环境的分析,论述了餐饮厨房中存在的安全隐患,制定了提高消防安全意识、增设灭火设施、正确使用厨房用具等预防措施,并探讨了火灾发生时应掌握的应急措施,以供参考。
According to the analysis of kitchen facilities and environment,the paper indicates some hidden hazards in the kitchen,makes out some prevention measures including the promotion of fire-fighting safety recognition,addition of fire-extinguishers and correct usage of cookers, and explores some emergency measures in fire accidents,so as to provide some reference.
