摘要
苏格拉底教学法是英美法系国家大学培养海洋法学专业人才的主流教学方法。我国海洋法课堂教学中应用苏式教学法,对于提高学生的学习主动性,培养其学习兴趣与独立思考能力,具有非常重要的意义。苏式教学法应用于我国海洋法课堂教学,关键环节在于优化课堂教授内容、科学选择起始问题、教师有意识地转换自身角色、考核方法的修正等。
Socratic Method is widely applied to Sea Law teaching by professors in common law universities. It has not been widely used in legal teaching in China. The method is very helpful in promoting studying enthusiasm, initiating students' studying interest and promoting learners to taking more research steps by themselves. To applying the Socratic Method in Sea Law teaching, professors are supposed to focus on following issues: how to optimize topics that should be taught in class, how to select reasonable beginning questions, how to make the role of teacher more suitable for the Socratic Method and how to modify the test methods for the lesson.
