云南边境口岸与腹地城市物流体系的构建及空间结构优化

在云南"桥头堡"、瑞丽重点开发开放试验区建设中,以边境口岸为窗口与枢纽的边境地区迎来了良好的发展契机。文章从边境口岸物流的角度出发,对17个边境口岸进行层次定位的基础上,从经济与社会发展水平、物流规模、基础设施及信息化发展水平四个方面构建边境口岸腹地城市物流指标体系,对云南边境口岸腹地城市物流进行了综合评价。通过运用引力模型对云南边境口岸腹地城市之间的物流联系强度和隶属度进行了测度,结合云南边境口岸层次定位、腹地城市物流的等级结构,构建了以"瑞丽、磨憨、河口"为核心口岸,以"大理、普洱、红河"为核心边境口岸腹地城市的滇西、滇西南、滇东南三大物流圈,为提升云南边境地区的对外开放、深化与南亚、东南亚的经贸合作提供强大的物流支撑。
