脐内环针与安定片对失眠症心理量表影响的比较研究

Comparative Study on Psychological Scale of Primary Insomnia Patients between Acupuncture of Umbilical Inner Acupoints Method and Diazepam Treatment

目的:观察脐内环针刺治疗对失眠症的焦虑、抑郁及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)等心理量表评分的影响。方法:以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分为评定标准,并以西药安定片治疗为对照组,观察针刺脐内环针刺治疗对失眠症心理量表的影响。结果:1脐内环针与安定片两组有相当的改善原发性失眠HAMILTON焦虑量表、抑郁量表的临床评分疗效;2二者有相当的改善原发性失眠HAMILTON焦虑量表评分、HAMILTON抑郁量表评分的作用;3在两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表总评分比较上,虽然治疗前、治疗后均无显著性差异;而在治疗前后评分差值比较上,具有显著性差异,说明脐内环针刺组不及安定片组。结论:壮医脐内环针刺有较肯定的改善失眠症患者焦虑量表、抑郁量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)等量表评分的作用,但在睡眠质量指数上不及安定片的稳定作用,提示临床上也宜进一步丰富、发展和完善以脐内环为基础的失眠治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the effect on the psychological scores of acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints treating primary insomnia. Methods： The scores of Hamilton depression scale,Hamilton anxiety scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale were used as evaluation standards. The effect of acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints treating primary insomnia patients was observed when compared with the diazepam treatment group. Results： In the clinic effects of Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale,the two groups were similar,the same as in the scores of the psychological scales. In the comparison of Pittsburgh sleep quality index total scale,the two groups had no significant difference between the former and the later scores while the score difference before and after treatment were significant,which showed that the acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints group was less than the diazepam treatment group. Conclusion： The acupuncture umbilical inner acupoints method has definitive effect on the psychological scores of Hamilton depression scale,Hamilton anxiety scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale. But in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints group was less than that of the diazepam treatment group. The data suggested that the acupuncture method must be enriched,developed and improved in clinic based on the present umbilical inner acupoints.
