中医推拿联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效

TCM Massage Combined with External Application of Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨中医推拿联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年6月—2014年6月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者共278例,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组145例,对照组133例,对照组给予中药外敷,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医推拿疗法,两组均连续治疗20 d,比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后JOA评分以及治疗前后临床症状评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%,对照组治疗总有效率为89.47%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者JOA评分不具有统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组JOA评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者临床症状评分不具有显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组临床症状评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有显著疗效,且能够显著改善患者的临床症状,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM massage combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： During June 2012-June 2014 in our hospital,278 cases,according to the random number table method,were randomly divided into the observation group 145 cases and the control group 133 cases. The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine and the observation group added Chinese medicine massage therapy. Two groups were treated for 20 d. Before and after the treatment,the two groups were compared the clinical symptom score and JOA score. Results： In the observation group,the total effective rate was 96. 55% and the control group＇ s total effective rate was 89.47%. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the two groups＇ JOA score was not statistically different（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the observation group＇ s JOA score improved significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,two groups＇ clinical symptom score had no significant differences（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the clinical symptom score improvement was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： TCM massage combined with external application of Chinese medicine treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has a significant effect and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with good clinical application value,worthy of further promotion.
