摘要
目的:依据十功能煎药机3种煎煮模式的加水量公式进行加水,收集相关吸水系数、管道失水及按付数需要煎出的袋数是否相符,并确定最佳加水量。方法:十功能煎药机3种煎煮模式,分别按加水公式进行加水,采集姓名、付数、单位处方剂量(g)、剂量(g)、理论加水(m L)、实际加水(m L)、药渣重(g)、得药量(m L)等数据信息进行计算分析。结果:常规加水量(m L)/剂量(g)的值在5-10倍[1],试验中加水量(m L)/药重(g)在2.5-5倍。加水量是保证汤剂质量的一个重要条件,在保证按要求煎出的袋数时,加水量(m L)/药重(g)的值建议为4倍更合适,既保证了汤剂的质量又不会比按要求煎出的袋数多太多。
Objective: According to the amount of water when decocting by ten-function medicine decoction machine,to collect water absorption coefficient,water loss and the number of pipeline for decocting the number of bags and determine the optimal amount of water. Methods: Ten-function medicine decoction machine three kinds of decocting modes,respectively,according to the formula of water,added the water. The name,number,unit pay prescription weight( g),medicine( g),theory of heavy water( m L),the actual water( m L),drug residue weight( g) and dose( m L) data information analysis were collected. Results: The conventional water amount( m L) / dose( g) was in 5-10 times[1]. The test water( m L) / dose( g) was between 2. 5-5 times. The amount of water was to ensure an important condition for the quality of decoction and the number of requests by decocting the bag.The amount of water( m L) / dose( g) of the recommended value is 4 times more appropriately,both to ensure the quality and not too many bag numbers according to the requirements of the fried.
