从肝论治抑郁症的中医研究概况

Study Review on Traditional Chinese Medicinal Research of Depression's Diagnosis and Treatment from Liver

抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,以情绪低落等为主要表现,祖国医学理论中以肝失疏泄为主要病机,涉及脏腑主要为肝、脾、肾等。本文从历代医家的认识、中医诊断标准、治疗现况等对肝气郁结型抑郁症进行梳理分析,以期为进一步的研究提供参考。

Depression disorder is a kind of common mental disease which mainly reflects in down mood. Chinese medicine pathology manifests in the failure of the liver＇s facilitating the coursing of qi and stagnation of liver qi,involving liver,spleen and kidney. The paper analyzed the stagnation of liver qi syndrome in depression disorder from the ancient Chinese medicine doctors,traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria and treatment situation,providing reference for further research.
