四君子汤治疗肝癌的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Sijunzi Decoction in Treatment of Hepatic Carcinoma

四君子汤是临床治疗肝癌的常用经方,疗效颇佳。笔者通过检索近十年相关文献,探讨四君子汤治疗肝癌的临床研究进展,发现四君子汤在临床应用中发挥着重要作用,尤其对经过化疗或放疗后出现脾虚相关症状的肝癌患者有很好的调节作用,能够改善患者生活质量、提高免疫功能及延长生存期。笔者根据中医药治疗肝癌的现状,提出动态观察法,制定个体治疗方案,努力寻求抗癌方药与四君子汤合用,开发出高疗效、低毒性的新方药,发挥中医药的主导地位,给患者带来新的希望。

Sijunzi Decoction is the common classical formula used in clinical treatment of hepatic carcinoma and its therapeutic effect is remarkable. To discuss the clinical research progress of Sijunzi Decoction on the treatment of hepatic carcinoma,by retrieving relevant literatures of nearly a decade,the author found Sijunzi Decoction plays an important role in the clinical applications.Especially to the spleen deficiency related hepatic carcinoma patients after chemotherapy or radiotherapy,Sijunzi Decoction has a good regulation function. It can improve the quality of life of patients and improve immune function and prolong survival period. According to the status of Chinese medicine treatment of hepatic carcinoma,the author proposed that we should make a dynamic observation,develop an individual treatment plan,make efforts to seek anti-cancer formulas combined with Sijunzi Decoction,develop high efficacy and low toxicity new formulae. We will play the leading role of Chinese medicine and bring new hope to patients.
