摘要
研究了微乳化乙醇(C2H5OH质量分数为95%)-0#柴油混合燃料的稳定性。结果表明,m(柴油)/m(乙醇)为9时,使用m(正庚醇)/m[烷基醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚]为4的表面活性剂-正构一元醇复配物作乳化/稳定剂可获得稳定性良好的混合燃料;40℃时混合燃料的稳定性最好,稳定时间超过3个月;混合燃料的闪点为21.2℃,铜片腐蚀、凝点等其他性能指标均能满足国家标准要求。
The stability of microemulsified alcohol (the mass fraction of CzHsOH was 95%) -0# diesel mixed fuel was investigated. The results showed when m ( diesel )/m ( alcohol ) was 9, the mixed fuel with better stability was obtained by using surfactant- normal monohydric alcohol compound [ m ( m - heptanol)/m ( alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene (3) ether) was 4 ] as emulsification/stabilization agent;at the temperature of 40℃ ,the mixed fuel had the best stability and stabilization time was more than 3 months; the flash point of mixed fuel was 21.2℃, and the cooper corrosion, condensation point and other performance indexes could meet the requirements of national standard.
