EC 2472 A破乳剂在降低常减压装置电脱盐污水油含量中的工业应用

Industrial application of demulsifier EC 2472 A in reducing the oil content of electro-desalted sewage of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit

为了解决中国石油兰州石化公司550万t/a常减压装置电脱盐污水带油的问题,考察了不同破乳剂对降低电脱盐污水油含量的效果并进行了工业应用。工业应用结果表明,纳尔科环保公司的EC2472 A破乳剂破乳效果较佳。使用该破乳剂后,装置运行平稳,脱盐污水含油量为51 mg/L,p H值小于8.0,污水COD小于1 000 mg/L,可达到污水排放要求。

In order to waste water with oil in a vacuum distillation unit solve the electro -desalted 5.5 Mt/a atmospheric and of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina,the effects of different demulsifiers on decreasing oil content in electro -desalted waste water were investigated and industrial application was conducted. The results showed that the unit had been operating stably with demulsifier EC 2472 A manufactured in NALCO Company with a better result, and oil content of desalted water was 51 mg/L,pH value less than 8.0,COD of sewage less than 1 000 mg/L,which could meet the requirement of sewage discharge.
