摘要
介绍了合成气制乙二醇(EG)技术研发与应用进展,重点阐述了我国以煤基合成气为原料采用草酸酯加氢工艺生产EG的工艺技术及其产业化发展现状,同时对不同原料路线(石脑油、乙烷、煤)生产EG的技术竞争力进行了对比,最后简要分析了我国EG产业发展中存在的有关问题,建议我国有关大型石化企业与煤制EG企业联合生产聚酯,实现优势互补,推动聚酯产业进一步发展。
The progress in research, development and application of syngas to glycol process was intro- duced,and the coal based syngas to glycol process with oxalate catalytic hydrogenation and its industri- alization were emphasized. The competiveness of dif- ferent raw materials ( naphtha, ethane, coal) routes were compared for the process and the main prob- lems existed in the development of China's glycol industry were analyzed briefly. A proposal was presented of jointly producing polyester by large - sized petrochemical company and coal based syngas to glycol enterprise to realize mutual compensation of their advantages and promote the further development of polyester industry in China.
