摘要
介绍了近几年国内外喷气织机的技术发展和现状,重点介绍了国内外喷气织机的主要机型,并就喷气织机如开口、引纬、打纬、卷曲送经、电气控制等装置改进进行了详细论述,阐述了现阶段喷气织机在节能降耗方面的发展情况。提出喷气织机的能耗是制约喷气织机发展的一个重要问题,需要优化设备传动装置,研究气流流体解析技术,才能更好地满足生产需求。
This paper introduces technological development and current situations of domestic and overseas air-jet looms in recent years and mainly presents main modes of domestic and overseas air-jet looms. Besides, the opening, weft insertion, heating, curling delivery devices and electrical control on air-jet looms are discussed in detail. This paper also sets forth energy-saving and cost-reducing development of air-jet looms and proposes an important problem which restricts development of air-jet looms, i.e. energy consumption. It is necessary to optimize transmission of the equipment and study fluid flow technology in order to better meet production needs.
