Tsemonling living Buddha system is an important part of the Gelug Sect of the living Buddha system in Tibet .From its foundation , Tsemonling living Buddha system participates and influences the Tibetan political and religious life , and has a profound influence on the development of the relationship between Tibet and the central government of the Qing Dynasty .This paper in line with the academic pa-pers in different times , different perspectives makes a clear and concise summary , and reviews the related research achievements about Tsemonling living Buddha system in order to promote the historical study on Tibetology .
