摘要
目的：优选肝酶安胶囊中五味子的提取工艺研究。方法应用正交设计法，筛选最佳工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺是加12倍量45%乙醇，以每分钟1-3 kg/mL的速度进行渗漉。结论优选出的肝酶安胶囊中五味子的最佳提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Schisandra chinensis in Ganmeian capsule.Methods Taking the content of schisandrol as index, orthogonal experiments was designed with four factors like the granularity of traditional medicine, the amount of percolation solvent and the flow rate of percolation fluid to select the optimized extracting technology.Results The optimized extracting technology is added 12 times 45% ethanol, carried on the diacolation with the speed of 1-3 kg/mL of every minute.Conclusions This optimized extraction process stable and feasible.
