三七总皂甙对颅脑外伤术后深静脉血栓形成的防治作用

The Therapeutic Effects of Total Saponins of Panax Notognseng PNS for Patients after Craniocerebral Trauma Surgery with Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的探讨三七总皂甙对颅脑外伤患者术后深静脉血栓形成的防治作用。方法回顾性分析我科2011年1月至2013年12月颅脑外伤手术患者173例,于术后第3天使用三七总皂甙防治深静脉血栓形成,使用凝血全套及下肢深静脉彩色超声评价患者有无深静脉血栓形成,并与文献资料相比较。结果所有患者仅6例出现深静脉血栓,使用血栓通注射液后复查彩色超声血栓消失。结论使用三七总皂甙可降低颅脑外伤术后深静脉血栓形成发生率,并对深静脉血栓具有良好的治疗作用。

ObjectiveInvestigated the therapeutic effects of total saponins of panax notognseng, PNS for patients after craniocerebral trauma surgery with deep vein thrombosis.Methods Totally 173 cases were collected from January 2011 to December 2013 in our departments. All the patients after the surgery on the third day to use PNS for prevention of deep vein thrombosis, the patients were examined by phlebography and coagulation tests after the informed consent signed, and compared with the literature.Results Of the 173 patients, only 6 cases had deep vein thrombosis, and using Xueshuantong injection thrombus disappeared.Conclusion PNS can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after craniocerebra-l trauma surgery patients, PNS also has a therapeutic effect on deep venous thrombosis.
