彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿急性阑尾炎的临床应用价值观察

To Observe the Acute Appendicitis Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Pediatric Clinical Application Value

目的对彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿急性阑尾炎的临床应用价值进行分析探讨。方法选取在我院治疗且经手术和病理证实的100例急性阑尾炎的患儿,随机分为两组。观察组50例患儿,给予彩色多普勒超声的诊断方法;对照组50例患儿,给予常规急性阑尾炎的诊断方法。比较两种诊断方法对小儿急性阑尾炎诊断的准确率。结果观察组50例患儿,病理检测结果为:急性单纯性阑尾炎20例,急性化脓性阑尾炎15例,坏疽性穿孔性阑尾炎5例,阑尾周围囊肿10例,上述病理类型经彩色多普勒超声大部分被检测出来,诊断准确率分别为90%、93%、100%、100%。对照组50例患儿,病理检测结果为:急性单纯性阑尾炎20例,急性化脓性阑尾炎10例,坏疽性穿孔性阑尾炎15例,阑尾周围囊肿5例,上述病理类型经常规诊断仅有部分患者被诊断出来,诊断准确率分别为:80%、80%、13.3%、6%。可见,观察组的诊断准确率优于对照组,两种方法有显著性差异,有统计学意义,有可比性(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断准确率高,可以为临床治疗提供可靠的依据,值得临床推广使用。

ObjectiveTo analyze the color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children with clinical application value.Methods 100 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital and confirmed by operation and pathology in children, were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group 50 cases, diagnosis method for color Doppler ultrasound; 50 cases in the control group were given routine, method for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Accuracy comparison of two diagnostic methods of children acute appendicitis diagnosis.Results The observation group of 50 cases, pathological examination results were： 20cases of acute simple appendicitis, 15 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis, gangrenous and perforated appendicitis in 5 cases, 10 cases of appendiceal cyst, the pathological types by color doppler ultrasound was detected, the diagnostic accuracy were 90%, 93%, 100%, 100%. Control group 50 cases, pathological examination results were： 20 cases of acute simple appendicitis, 10 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis, gangrenous and perforated appendicitis in 15 cases, 5 cases of appendiceal cyst, the pathological type of regular diagnosis only a part of the patients were diagnosed, the accuracy rate of diagnosis were： 80%, 80%, 13.3%, 6%. Visible, the diagnosis accuracy rate of observation group was better than the control group, there was significant difference between the two methods, there was statistical significance, can be compared with （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children with high accuracy, can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment, worthy of clinical use.
