颅脑外伤手术治疗的效果观察

Efficacy of Surgical Treatment of Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探讨颅脑外伤手术治疗的临床效果。方法通过对2011年4月至2014年4月在我院治疗的64例颅脑外伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者实施开颅手术,对照组患者给予常规内科治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者总有效率为93.75%明显优于对照组患者62.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对颅脑外伤患者采用开颅手术治疗可明显提高治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,改善预后,提高患者生活质量,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of traumatic brain injury clinical effect.Methods From April 2011 to April 2014 in 64 cases of traumatic brain injury patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Implementation of craniotomy patients in the experimental group and control group were treated with conventional medical treatment. Treatment effect observed two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group than the control group, 93.75% and 62.5% of patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with traumatic brain injury craniotomy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, reduce patient suffering, improve outcomes, improve patient quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
