优质护理服务在100例老年性脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Efficacy of High Quality Nursing Service on 100 Patients Undergoing Senile Cerebral Infarction Nursing

目的观察老年性脑梗死中应用优质护理服务的临床效果,为后期临床护理提供参考。方法选取我院2011年7月至2013年4月期间门诊收入的100例老年性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据护理服务模式的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予常规护理服务,研究组患者给予优质护理服务。对患者满意度及疾病相关知识知晓情况进行调查。结果经护理服务后,研究组满意度高达100%,对照组满意度为88%,两组患者在护理满意度、疾病相关知识了解优良率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性脑梗死患者给予优质护理服务,可显著提高患者满意度,医护患关系更融洽,利于患者康复,值得在后期临床中进一步推广及应用。

Objective To observe clinical efifcacy of application of high quality nursing service on senile cerebral infarction, and to provide reference for clinical nursing in the future. Methods One hundred patients with senile cerebral infarction admitted by this hospital from July 2011 and April 2013 as research subjects, they were divided into the research group and the control group with 50 cases in each group according to different modes of services. Patients in the control group were subject to conventional nursing care, and the patients in the research group were subject to high quality nursing service. The satisfaction and knowledge relating to disease situation of patients were investigated. Results The satisfaction degree of patients in the research group hit 100%after nursing care, and the satisfaction degree of patients in the control group hit 88%, the difference in comparisons of nursing satisfaction and knowledge relating to disease related was statistically signiifcant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Patients with senile cerebral infarction undergoing nursing service can signiifcantly improve the satisfaction degree of patients, promote further harmonious relations between doctors and patients, and help for the rehabilitation of patient, being worth further promotion and application in clinical practices.
